    The City of Sidney is accepting Christmas trees in a parking lot in Legion Park off Toledo Street, past the former municipal swimming pool. While many residents have already dropped off trees at the site, City Park Superintendent Tom Von Seggern said trees will be accepted for the next week.     The Sidney Police Department is actively investigating a sting of vandalism cases in the city. In recent weeks, multiple residents have reported rocks being thrown through windows on their vehicles and homes, along with other acts of vandalism.
