    Cabela’s Incorporated (NYSE:CAB) Thursday reported financial results for it second 2016 fiscal quarter. Cabela’s Inc. reported a 6 percent decline in its second-quarter profit Thursday, but didn’t offer any new clues about its long-term strategic plans.     Sidney and Cheyenne County have seen the benefits of storms that brewed up Wednesday evening and into Thursday, but as of Thursday morning had yet to see much damage despite the severity seen in parts of the region.
