    The Menoken Farm is located outside Bismarck, North Dakota. This is a farm owned and operated by the Burleigh County Soil Conservation District. The Menoken Farm is a 150 acre educational farm dedicated to restoring the health of the soils on the farm. The Menoken Farm is a farm every producer involved in production agriculture should visit.     For the second straight time on the road, Sidney's fate came down to a game-winning field goal attempt. This time, it went the Red Raiders' way, as Northwest-Grand Island's kicker Preston Sundermeier missed on a 44-yard try that would have given his team the win.     The Sidney High volleyball team finished 7th among 10 teams over the weekend at the Twin City Tournament in Scottsbluff, stringing together a 3-3 record. The Lady Raiders are now 7-13 on the season. Competing in the event, which used a pool-play format, were: Sidney, Scottsbluff, Alliance, Lexington, Ogallala, Gering, Northwest-Grand Island, Chadron, McCook and RC Stevens (Rapid City, S.D.).     The Sidney High varsity cross country teams produced yet another impressive showing Saturday morning at the Western Conference Invite at Deer Run Park. The boys' team took first with a score of 34, while the girls' squad finished second with a 27 – just two points behind Gering.
