    Cabela’s announced plans Tuesday to open stores in two new markets: Gainesville, Va., and Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Cabela’s anticipates a spring 2017 opening for the 79,000-square-foot store in Gainesville. It will be located adjacent to the Virginia Gateway Center, a 1.3-million-square-foot shopping center featuring national retail, restaurant and hotel brands.     Two local horses, owned and trained by Sidney resident Garry Watt, owner of Watt Performance Horses, recently won prestigious awards. Bella San Hickory, a 5-year-old horse mare, ridden by Watt, won the region five championship and the national championship in the American Stock Horse Association, competing in the "Green Horse" category.
