  • Sidney man arrested after dispute with 16-year-old

    A Sidney man was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening after allegedly pulling a knife and a gun on a 16-year-old during a domestic dispute. Scott H. Atkins, 56, was charged with making terroristic threats, use of a weapon and child abuse after the incident last Friday night at a residence in the 1100th block of 7th Avenue.
