UNL honor roll announced

LINCOLN – The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has announced the students named to the Deans’ List/Honor Roll for the fall semester of the 2012-13 academic year. Students from this area who qualified included:

Chappell: Zachary William Hansen, senior, turfgrass and landscape management, College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources; Timothy Jon Kinoshita, senior, biological systems engineering, College of Engineering with a 4.0 grade-point average; Aaron Woodman, junior, music, College of Fine and Performing Arts.

Dalton, Trevor Eugene Schuessler, senior, accounting, College of Business Administration with a 4.0 grade-point average.

Potter: Kirstie Anna Smith, senior, biological sciences, College of Arts and Sciences with a 4.0 grade-point average; Kirstie Anna Smith, senior, theatre, College of Fine and Performing Arts with a 4.0 grade-point average; Kaleb James Thomas, junior, biological sciences, College of Arts and Sciences with a 4.0 grade-point average.

Sidney: Bret Dean Bayne, junior, accounting, College of Business Administration; Kathryn Suzanne Belieu, junior, speech-language pathologist, College of Education and Human Sciences with a 4.0 grade-point average; David D. Bond, sophomore, business administration, College of Business Administration with a 4.0 grade-point average; Megan Ann Hergenrader, sophomore, pre-mild/moderate disabilities education K-6, College of Education and Human Sciences; Kaylee Lynn Homolka, sophomore, undeclared, Division of General Studies; Haley L. Huson, junior, advertising and public relations, College of Journalism and Mass Communications; Connor John Kilmurray, freshman, actuarial science, College of Business Administration with a 4.0 grade-point average; Leah Nicole Krueger, senior, nutrition science, College of Education and Human Sciences with a 4.0 grade-point average; Travis Cameron Sweetser, junior, computer engineering, College of Engineering.

Qualification for the Deans’ List varies among the eight undergraduate colleges and the Honor Roll for the Division of General Studies. Listed below are the minimum grade-point averages on a 4-point scale (4.0 equals A) for each entity and the name of its respective dean or director. All qualifying grade-point averages are based on a minimum of 12 or more graded semester hours. Students can be on the Dean’s List for more than one college.
