The Cheyenne County CASA will present “A Night of Music.” This fundraiser event will feature local talent. Tickets are available for purchase. All proceeds support the children of Cheyenne County. FREE Class on “Meditation for Practical, Creative Living” at Sidney Public Library, 1112 12th Ave., on Tuesday, April 28, from 11 a.m.-noon. Instructor Sunamita Lim has been meditating daily since 1980. Techniques include: breathing, visualization, music, chanting, focusing on objects and nature meditation. The Great Trash Race will be held Saturday, May 2 from 9-11 a.m., beginning at Hickory Street Square. Free T-Shirt for those who register before April 24.
