50 years later

The St Patrick's High School Class of 1965 celebrated their 50 year reunion Oct. 8-11 in Sidney with tours of Sidney, the Old Sioux Army Depot, West Elementary School and Sidney High School.

The Class of '65 was the first class to graduate from the new St. Patrick's High School. This school is now West Elementary School. After the tours the class met at the Peetz Hot Spot to remember times of 3.2 beer and dances. Other activities included dinner at Dude's (with honored guests Coach Rich Rolls and his wife Sandy), tours of the area, and dinner at the Most Unlikely Place in Lewellen with a concert by The Aspen County Band.

The graduating class consisted of 33 members of which several members have passed away. Classmates traveled from Maryland, Texas, California and points in-between.
