Also on Friday, Cody Hofrock's run in the 220 weight class came to an end in a heartbreaker, as he lost a 1-0 decision to Mikey Reyes of Wayne in a consolation match. Hofrock ends the season with a 31-14 record.

Two Sidney wrestlers are also in Friday night's semifinals. Trey Arellano (106) and Derek Robb (152) will be in the semifinals at 5 p.m. CST Friday. If they win, they will advance to the finals at 3 p.m. CST on Saturday.
