Jacobsen with the NSP said. “They notified us that the vehicle (involved) was on Interstate 80.” A description of the vehicle was dispatched to troopers and one trooper spotted the vehicle. Jacobsen said the arrests took place at mile marker 1 on State Highway 19. “We are treating it as a robbery, where money was taken from a person” he said. The men are suspected of strong-arm robbery and illegal gambling. Jacobsen said the investigation was continuing Thursday afternoon and the State Patrol was seeking a search warrant. The men are housed in the Cheyenne County Jail, he said. The names of the suspects and the victim had not been released as of press time.
