    A Sidney woman was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening and tampering with a witness – both felonies – after an alleged shouting incident outside the Cheyenne County Courthouse. Misty D. Beutler, 32 of Sidney, faces the two counts following her arrest on Jan. 22. She is due back in court on Feb. 5 for a preliminary hearing.     Brandon Bondegard of Sidney (see attached photo) took third place at the APA Pool League 8-Ball Fun & Cash tournament held recently at Silver Dollar and Harvey's in Sidney.
