    The Sidney Regional Medical Center hosted Valentine's Day events last Friday for residents at two of its facilities. Gary Harris and Mary Lou Bartling were crowned the Extended Care king and queen, and diners at Sloan Estates were treated to a lobster lunch.     Average retail gasoline prices in Nebraska have risen 5.3 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.18 per gallon on Sunday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets in Nebraska. This compares with the national average that has increased 7.6 cents per gallon in the last week to $2.25 per gallon, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.     BRIDGEPORT – A team from Sidney High School will represent the Panhandle for the Nebraska Envirothon Contest near Cozad at Camp Comeca on April 29.
