    The Sidney Red Raiders golf team travelled to picturesque Monument Shadows Golf Course in Gering on Thursday and finished fifth among the nine invited schools.     A severe weather system is making its way through Cheyenne County. As of Saturday night, County Road 113 in the southern part of the county is closed between mile markers six and eight due to high water.
