    A milling crew was removing the asphalt surface from I-80 east of the Hwy. 30 exit on May 6 as part of road reconstruction. The milled asphalt is moved to the edge of the roadbed.     Brett Godfrey led the Creek Valley golfers to second place at the MAC tournament at Bayard Monday, where the team combined for a 384. Garden County High School captured the team title with 157 points, while South Platte was third (394) and Bayard fifth (407).
