    Average retail gasoline prices in Nebraska have risen 9.1 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.28per gallon yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets in Nebraska. This compares with the national average that has increased 6.1 cents per gallon in the last week to $2.28per gallon, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.     OMAHA - Sidney High School track teams brought home 25 medals between the boys and girls, while eclipsing one more school record on the way.
