    Two criminal cases involving a 50-year-old Logmont, Colo., man were combined at a Wednesday hearing in Cheyenne County District Court. In one case, Martinez is charged with violation of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct, a class 1D felony. The following November she was united in holy matrimony to her surviving husband Donald Roberts of Peetz. Donald currently resides in Windsor, Colo.     ROLLA, Mo. – Lucas Rosenbaum of Sidney earned a spot on the honors list at Missouri University of Science and Technology for the spring semester. Rosenbaum is a sophomore majoring in engineering.
