The Nebraska Rural Electric Association's Job Training and Safety Coordinator Bob Cooper, along with the Wheat Belt Public Power District, held a dedication ceremony in memory of Don Winkelman on Thursday at Wheat Belt's linemen training field north of Sidney. The 2015 Potter Days Grand Marshals are the members of Potter High School's Class of 1965. Twenty-four of the 37 graduates will be celebrating their 50th class reunion the weekend of Sept. 4, 5 and 6 in Potter. The Class of '65 was the first kindergarten class.
