    A proposed Love's Travel Stop and Country Store received approval Monday night from the Sidney Planning Commission. Dave Pierson, a senior project manager for Galloway Architecture and represented Love's, made a presentation to the commission that included plans for an International House of Pancakes, a housing facility for its employees and a new hotel.     Nebraska Attorney General candidate Doug Peterson made a stop in Sidney on Monday to discuss the upcoming election.     The Cheyenne County Commissioners met on Monday, and considered a feasibility study for a joint law enforcement facility. The Sidney City Council discussed this matter last week, with one of the biggest issues of concern was where the funds would come from.
