    On day three of the State of Nebraska vs. Nancy Gipfert, an expert witness explained the injuries to the alleged victim’s eyes and those who saw the infant in the days and weeks before the incident testified to his prior state.     The Norris Titans won the Nebraska Class B High School Volleyball Championship on Saturday with a 3-0 win over the Elkhorn South Storm at Grand Island’s Heartland Event Center. Both Norris (30-8) and Elkhorn South (22-14) proved to be giant killers as both made it to the finals from the bottom of the bracket.
