    The Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce hosted "Night at the Races" on Friday evening at Hillside Bar and Grill. The event included six horse races and a dessert auction. The Cheyenne County Young Professionals Group also provided a 50/50 raffle.     The Sidney Public Library recently received a check for $417.88 from Runza's "Great Books for Great Kids" program. This is the 12th year the library has received funds.
