    CHAPPELL--Creek Valley High School hosted its annual Twilight Track & Field Meet on Tuesday, April 9, and although a few less teams participated, the meet ran smoothly and did not continue after 9 p.m. as it has in previous years.     SIDNEY--The start of the annual Sidney Invitational Boys Golf Tournament at Hillside Golf Course on Thursday, April 4, was delayed about an hour as the assembled golfers waited for the temperature to warm up and burn off a layer of frost on the course.     MITCHELL--Sidney's Red Raider Track & Field teams traveled to Mitchell on April 4 to compete at the Mitchell Invitational.
