Cindi Taylor named outstanding staff for 2012

Cindi Taylor, Public Housing Manager, for the Scotts Bluff Housing Authority was named the Nebraska NAHRO (National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials) Outstanding Staff for 2012. At the recent NE NAHRO conference in Kearney, Taylor was selected from the entire state compliment of housing staff for this award.

Taylor’s 17 years with the Housing Authority include numerous achievements. She manages 162 units of public housing – Scottsbluff; 73 units of non-HUD housing in Sidney – Sioux Villa, and 30 units in Chappell – Hilltop and scattered sites. In addition to those H...
