The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, June 17, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Steven Simpson, age 54 of Sidney, appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Animal Cruelty, a class IV felony. He asked for a continuance and it’s been scheduled for July 1 at 2:30 p.m.
Joe Liges, age 53 of Sidney, appeared for presentment on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class IV Felony. He asked for an attorney. His preliminary hearing has been scheduled.
