21st Century Equipment acquires Frank Implement Co.

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. – 21st Century Equipment and Frank Implement Company have jointly announced the acquisition of Frank Implement’s John Deere dealerships by 21st Century Equipment. This transaction is expected to be complete in early 2015.

Frank Implement Co. is a third-generation John Deere dealership established in 1957, with locations in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Torrington, Wyo. Both locations will become part of the 21st Century Equipment family of John Deere dealerships.
