Sidney High's Lane Harvey signs on the dotted line

Sidney High School senior Lane Harvey, a longtime middle infielder in the Sidney American Legion baseball program, signed his letter of intent on Tuesday to attend and play baseball at Indian Hills (Iowa) Community College in the fall.
