The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Slimane Lashini, age 47 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. He pled guilty and received six months probation and a $500 fine.

Troy Haas, age 37 of Pine Bluffs, Wyo., appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI 3rd, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of Plea continued to March 9.

Thomas Schmidt, age 24 of Chappell, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st, a class W misdemeanor. Pre-trial conference continued to Feb. 23.

Ellen Heinitz, age 36 of Sterling, Colo., failed to appear for sentencing on a charge of Theft, a class I misdemeanor. Sentencing has been continued to March 9.

Bret Bondegard, age 38 of Lodgepole, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense, a class W misdemeanor. He pled guilty to an amended charge of DUI 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. He received six months probation and a $500 fine.

Linette Kinnersley, age 50 of Council Bluffs, Iowa, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st Offense and Refusal of a Chemical Test, both class W misdemeanors. She pled guilty to the Refusal of a Chemical Test, a class W misdemeanor. Sentencing scheduled for Feb. 23.

Corey Speer, age 44 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on charges of DUI 1st, Refusal of a Chemical Test, Resisting Arrest and Obstructing, a class W, W, I and I misdemeanor; respectively. He requested an attorney. Entry of Plea set for Feb. 23.

Kent Egging, age 51 of Gurley, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd High Test, a class I misdemeanor. He indicated he’d retain an attorney. Entry of Plea set for March 9.

Kimberly Woletmath, age 54 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st and Refusal of a Chemical Test, a class W misdemeanor. She appeared with counsel. Pre-trial conference set for March 9.

Ronald Nelson, age 57 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st. A class W misdemeanor. He pled guilty and received six months probation and a $500 fine.

Troy Bayne, age 44 of Sidney, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of 3rd Degree Assault, a class I misdemeanor. He pled guilty and judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation. Sentencing set for March 23.

Steve Spaeth, age 51 of Peetz, Colo., appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st and Refusal of a Chem Test. Both class W misdemeanors. He pled guilty to the Refusal and received six months probation and a $500 fine.

Rachel Jacobs, age 27 of Sidney, NE appeared for a preliminary hearing on a charge of Theft. A class IV Felony. She waived the preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled for March 10 at 8:30 a.m.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Misty Beutler, age 31 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Terroristic Threats and Tampering with a Witness, both class IV Felonies. She pled not guilty. Status hearing set for April 1 at 10 a.m.

Rachel Jacobs, age 27 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Theft, a class IV Felony. She pled no contest to an amended charge of theft, a class I misdemeanor. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing set for March 16 at noon.

Brittani Yack, age 28 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Meth, a class IV felony. She pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Possession of Meth, a class I misdemeanor. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing scheduled for April 1 at 10 a.m.

Ronny Murphy, age 37 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Possession of Meth, a class IV felony. He pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Possession of Meth, a class I misdemeanor. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing scheduled for April 1 at 10 a.m.

Jimmy Elliott, age 32 of Lodgepole, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Attempted Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Hash, both class IV felonies. He pled guilty to both counts. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing set for March 19 at noon.

Andrew Christofferson, age 23 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of 2nd Degree Assault, a class III felony. He pled no contest to amended charges of 3rd Degree Assault (x2). Both class I misdemeanors. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing set for March 19 at noon.

Michael Anderson, age 21 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Theft, a class III felony. Pursuant to a plea agreement he pled guilty to an amended charge of Theft as a IV felony and agreed to pay restitution to the victim. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing set for March 19 at noon.

Sean O’Connor, age 43 of Scottsbluff, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle During Period of Revocation, a class IV Felony. He pled guilty to an amended charge of Attempted Operation of a MV during period of Revocation. A class I misdemeanor. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing set for March 10 at 10:30 a.m.

Brandon Terry, age 26 formerly of Dalton and now of Colorado, appeared for a status hearing on a charge of Burglary, a class III Felony. He pled guilty to that offense. Judge ordered a PSI. Sentencing set for April 1 at 2 p.m.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, before the Honorable Derek C. Weimer:

Jarred Neuhalfen, 22, Sidney, pled guilty today to Terroristic Threats, class IV felony and Probation Violation. The probation violation relates to a separate case where he was sentenced to five years of probation for Theft, a class IV felony in March 2014. Sentencing in both cases is scheduled for Feb. 19 at 8:30 a.m. He faces up to five years of imprisonment in each case.
