The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, before the Honorable Derek Weimer:
Tony M. Christensen, 23 of Englewood, Colo., was sentenced to 12 to 36 months on each of two counts of criminal attempt of first-degree forgery, a class IV felony. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.
Ryan Glenn, 21 of Kimball, was sentenced to 24 months of probation for first-degree criminal trespass, a class I misdemeanor. He also must serve eight days in jail: two days starting Friday, two days starting Nov. 29, 2015, and two days starting Nov. 29, 2016. The crime occurred Dec. 1, 2014.
