The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, Oct. 26, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Sara Wright, 20, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – 1st offense, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, she pled guilty to that charge. She was sentenced to 6 months probation, a $500.00 fine plus court costs and a 60-day license revocation.

Gregory Lesh, 31, of Atwood, Colo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense – High Test, a class I misdemeanor. He will retain an attorney. Entry of Plea scheduled for Nov. 9.

Manjunath Holagundimath, 36, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Failure to Report an Accident, a class II misdemeanor. Entry of Plea scheduled for Nov. 9.

Hillery Obannion, 36, of Chappell, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. She pled not guilty. Pretrial Hearing scheduled for Nov. 20.

Michael Livingstone, 24, of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on a charge of Theft by Shoplifting, a class II misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 15 days in jail plus court costs.

Kristina Zaharias, 32, of Ogallala, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of No Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. She pled not guilty. Pretrial Hearing scheduled for Nov. 23.

Christen Jensen, 46, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to DUI – 1st, a class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 22 days in jail, 6 months probation, a 60-day license revocation and a $500.00 fine plus court costs.

Scott Touney, 32, of Sidney, appeared for a Pretrial Hearing on a charge of False Reporting, a class I misdemeanor. Pretrial Hearing continued until Nov. 23.

Stephanie Mitchell, 23, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of No Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of Plea scheduled for Nov. 9.

Ramona Miles, 48, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Assault – 3rd Degree, a class I misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of Plea scheduled for Nov. 9.

Kandy Cook, 39, of Potter, appeared for arraignment on charges of Criminal Use of a Financial Transaction Device and Theft by Unlawful Taking, both class II misdemeanor. She request an attorney. Entry of Plea scheduled for Nov. 9.

Adam Elwess, 32, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Failure to Report an Accident, a class II misdemeanor. He requested an attorney. Entry of Plea scheduled for Nov. 9.

John Anderson, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Issuing a Bad Check, a class I misdemeanor. He pled guilty. Sentencing scheduled for Dec. 14.

Heather Lawrey, 43, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of No Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. She pled guilty. She was sentenced to a $250.00 fine plus court costs.

Danial Lenzen, 36, of La Vista, appeared for arraignment on a charge of No Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. He pled guilty. He was sentenced to a $250.00 fine plus court costs.

Brandy Parissenti, 28, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of No Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. She pled guilty. She was fined $250.00 plus court costs.

Ruben Escamilla, 48, of Salina, Kas, appeared for arraignment on charges of DUI – High and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, both class W misdemeanors. He pled guilty. He was sentenced to 7 days jail, a 6-month license revocation, and $500.00 fine plus court costs.

Joshua Manchester, 34, of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on a conviction on a charge of No Insurance, a class II misdemeanor. He was sentenced to a $250.00 fine plus court costs.

Algray Pettus, 53, of Hempstead, Texas, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He pled not guilty. Pretrial Hearing scheduled for Nov. 23.

Taisa Harper, 23, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Assault – 3rd Degree, a class I misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of Plea scheduled for 11/9.

Andre Purrier, 21, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Domestic Assault, a class I misdemeanor. He requested an attorney. Entry of Plea scheduled for Nov. 16.

Reed Kaus, 25, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – 1st, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty. He was sentenced to 6 months probation, a $500.00 fine plus court costs, and a 60-day license revocation.

Victor Wooley, 35, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on charges of Domestic Assault and Operating a Motor Vehicle to Avoid Arrest, both class I misdemeanors. Pretrial Hearing continued until Nov. 16.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Thursday, Nov. 4, before the Honorable Derek C. Weimer:

Dylan Hull, 18, of Sidney, appeared for Arraignment for Burglary. Status Hearing was scheduled for Dec. 2 at 9 a.m.

Joseph M. Mladenik, 40, of Cheyenne, Wyo., appeared for Status Hearing. Jury Trial is scheduled to start on Dec. 14 at 8:30 a.m.

Tyler Kracht, 23, of Canon City, Colo., pled guilty to Attempted Distribution of Methamphetamine Within 1000 Feet of a Playground, class II felony. Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 10 at 10 a.m.

Joshua Woolery, 26, of Sidney, appeared for Arraignment on 6 felony child sexual assault charges. Status Hearing is Dec. 8 at 9:30 a.m.
