The Jr. Friends of the Library will be meeting Tuesday, Dec. 15, 5 p.m. at the Sidney Public Library. This group welcomes youth in 7th through 12th grades with emphasis on community service. Wednesday, Dec. 16

The West/North Spelling Bee will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 12:45 p.m. at West Auditorium. This spelling bee will decide the six finalists for the County Bee. For information call Charlotte at (308) 254-4002.

Saint Patrick’s Rummage House, at 14th and King Street, will be having their Annual Christmas Giveaway on Thursday, Dec. 17, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Clothing, shoes and miscellaneous will be available. Merry Christmas!

The Sidney Public Library will hold its Holiday Open House on Dec. 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy cookies with Cider, Hot Chocolate or Coffee!
