Cabela's Holiday Shootout starts Monday

After a weeklong break, the Sidney boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will play at the annual Cabela’s Holiday Shootout, which begins Monday and runs through Wednesday, Dec. 30.

Games will be played at Sidney High School and Sidney Middle School.

The Red Raiders boys’ team will face Torrington, Wyo., in the first round on Dec. 28 at 7:15 p.m.

On the girls’ side the Lady Raider will face Torrington as well, starting at 5:30 p.m.

In addition to Sidney and Torrington, the other first-round games will feature Hershey and Laramie, Wyo., Chase County and Wheatland, Wyo., and Gothenburg and Gering.
