Court Briefs 02-04-15

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County District Court on Feb. 3 before the Honorable Derek Weimer:

Tyson Bockhahn, 24, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, which is a Class IV felony. He pleaded not guilty. A status hearing is set for 9 a.m. on March 8.

Tonio Sagan, 30, of Amherst, Mass., appeared telephonically for arraignment on a charge of possession of hash, which is a Class I misdemeanor. A status hearing set for 10 a.m. on April 6.

Nicholas Reinhart, 25, of Sidney, appeared for sentencing on amended charges of obstruction and resisting arrest, which are both Class I misdemeanors. He received two years of intensive supervised probation.

Isidro Alvarado, 26, of Sidney, appeared for status hearing on two counts of a felon in possession of a deadly weapon, which are both Class III felonies. A status hearing is set for April 12.

Lucas Matsuda, 19, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, appeared for arraignment telephonically on a charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument, which is a Class IV felony. A status hearing is set for 9 a.m. on April 6.
