Potter-Dix won a pair of games on Friday against Banner County.

Potter-Dix 67, Banner County 21

Potter-Dix wrapped up its regular season last Friday with a 67-21 win at Banner County.

It was all Lady Coyotes from the beginning as they jumped out to a 22-5 first quarter lead, and they took a 53-12 advantage at the halftime break.

Anna McLaughlin led Potter-Dix offensively with 14 points, while Audrey Juelfs added 11 points. Nine Lady Coyotes found the scoring column in the win.

McLaughlin led the team with nine rebounds, while Juelfs chipped in with 11 steals and nine assists.

Potter-Dix opens the D2-11 subdistrict playoffs on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. against the winner of Minatare and Garden County.

Boys basketball

Potter-Dix 61, Banner County 26

Potter-Dix rolled to a big win at Banner County on Friday, picking up a 61-26 victory.

Coby Hicks led the Coyotes (7-11) offensively with 15 points, while Noah Nelson chipped in with 11 points. Eleven Coyote players scored in the game.

Edward Barnes led the team with eight rebounds and also had a team-high four steals.

The Coyotes return to play Friday with a 6 p.m. game at Minatare.
