Barbara Alice Rose was born on April 22, 1956, in Dalton to Alfred and Ellen (Heath) Bennett. She was raised in the Broadwater area.

She married Jerry Rose on Jan. 28, 1977 in Oshkosh. She always wanted to be a mother and had three boys, Jeremy, Joshua and Jon which she mothered well, keeping their home until they were raised and on their own.

In 2000 she and Jerry moved to Dalton and purchased a home which she loved. She joined the Egging Company as a janitor where she amused the employees between "picking up after them". She always had a smile on her face and would listen to anyone. She loved to talk. Her nieces called her "Aunt Blabla" to which anyone who knew her might attest. She will be missed by many and loved by more.

She is survived by her husband Jerry of Dalton; her three sons: Jeremy (Leslie) Rose and Joshua (Danielle Hodges) Rose and families both of Guthrie, Okla., and Jon Rose of Wahpeton, N.D .; three brothers: Bennie Bennett of Sidney, Roy Bennett of Dwyer, Wyo. and Stanley Bennett of Guernsey, Wyo .; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
