Victor Anthony Wooley

Victor Anthony Wooley (Shorty) was born September 25, 1980, in Anaheim, Calif. to Victor M. Wooley and Jacqueline Warren (Virgil). He was raised and attend school in California and was united in marriage to Celeste Maldonado in 1998.

They lived in Stanton, Calif. and until 2002 when the family moved to Sidney, where Victor worked multiple places, most recently Perkins. Victor loved lowrider oldies and spending time with his children. He was a loving father, who would do anything for his children.
