Some businesses closed July Fourth

Independence Day is upon us. As a national holiday, this means a three day weekend for most. It also means many businesses will be closed and services shut down for the Fourth of July.

Below is a listing of closings for the long weekend, as well as a schedule for the local fireworks shows from surrounding areas.

The City of Sidney will be closed Monday, July 4. All City Departments will be closed on July 4, including the Landfill.

The Cheyenne County Courthouse will be closed July 4.

Sidney Public Library will be closed July 2 and July 4.
