OGALLALA - Sidney's Lady Raiders wore down the ladies from Scottsbluff High School here Wednesday to earn a place in the B-6 District title game scheduled for this evening.
Always presenting a danger, Scottsbluff stayed within a handful of points with the Lady Raiders through most of the first half, until a late burst allowed Sidney to enter the locker room with a 35-28 halftime lead.
As has happened a number of times this year, Sidney's Meaghan Ross provided a key spark for her team, coming out of the break with two three-point shots to help build Sidney's lead to 11 points.
