Barber faces felony charges

Stephen D. Barber, 28, of Sidney, faces two felony charges: child abuse, a class 3A felony, and enticement by electronic communication device, a class 4 felony.

At his preliminary hearing Tuesday in Cheyenne County Court, Judge Randin R. Roland found there was sufficient evidence for arraignment.

Lt. Keith Andrew, Sidney Police Department, testified and presented evidence.
