Judge Dismisses Case Against Jenson

Allegations of civil rights violations against Cheyenne County Sheriff John Jenson have been dismissed by a federal judge.

Judge Richard G. Korf dismissed claims against Jenson and Kevin Spencer, the Scottsbluff police chief.
