    The basketball games scheduled for tonight between Potter-Dix and Leyton, as well as the Peetz at Haxtun matchup, have been postponed due to school closures and a winter weather warning in western Nebraska and northeastern Colorado. According to Potter-Dix girls’ basketball head coach Jeff Einspahr, the games with Leyton will be rescheduled at a future date. “We don’t know when, but they will be rescheduled to a different day,” Einspahr said.     It was a battle to the finish on Friday night as the Peetz Bulldogs basketball team edged the Pawnee Coyotes, 64-55, in overtime at home.     The Peetz Lady Bulldogs ripped the Pawnee Lady Coyotes on Friday, besting the visitors on a final score of 49-25. Mikenna Curlee scored a season-high 18 points in the win. She also had five rebounds, two assists and three steals. It was a seesaw game for Peetz as the Lady Bulldogs cruised to a 37-4 lead at the half.
