    A couple weeks ago I spent a day in a rubber raft with five young men ages 13-16 on a fun, yet challenging, whitewater rafting activity. Back in late September, 29 agricultural attachés representing 23 foreign countries visited us at the University of Nebraska (UNL) Panhandle Research and Extension Center (PHREC).
