The first baby of the year at Sidney Regional Medical Center was born on Friday, Jan, 9, 2015, at 3:32 a.m. Heather and Oscar Gomez welcomed a baby girl, Emya (pronounced Em-eye-ya). She weighed 6 lbs, 12 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. As the first baby of the New Year, Emya received a gift basket of essentials provided by Moose & Goose, Accents, Daisies and Dragons and Kelly Sudduth Photography, as well as donations from several SRMC employees....
