    During Monday's regular meeting, the Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners discussed a proposed ambulance task force that will perform a fiscal evaluation for services provided within the county. Currently, the county's ambulance service is provided by Emergency Response Care (ERC), which is based in Sidney and under the operation of Regional West.     Weather permitting, construction work is scheduled to begin the week of April 18 on eastbound and westbound I-80 from Reference Post 75+43 to Reference Post 84+64, according to the Nebraska Department of Roads.
