    A pipe coating company in Cheyenne County that employs 25 workers will be closing or changing hands. Commercial Resins Co. operates a facility north of Brownson, near the Cabela's Distribution Center.     Although snow abounds in Sidney this week, the city's aquatic center is on track to be completed on time in late May. On Dec. 9, construction crews applied concrete for the new 2,100 square foot leisure pool as part of the Sidney Outdoor Aquatic Center Project. The total cost of the new state-of-the-art outdoor swimming pool/aquatic center is approximately $5.4 million.     Snowfall in the Cheyenne County area is expected to continue through noon on Tuesday. According to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne, Wyo., snow accumulation is expected to be between 8-10 inches for the Cheyenne County area. The snow is due to taper off Tuesday morning.     Average retail gasoline prices in Nebraska have fallen 4.8 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.79 per gallon yesterday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets in Nebraska. This compares with the national average that has fallen 2.5 cents per gallon in the last week to $1.80 per gallon, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.
