    The first of a pair of Town Hall meetings scheduled for this week to discuss the upcoming school bond election drew a sparse turnout Monday night. Just a handful of residents attended the session at North Elementary where a presentation was made by Sidney School Superintendent Jay Ehler. Tours of the school were also available.
