    Jury selection and a trial date are set for a Sidney woman who is charged with 21 counts of burglary. In court Wednesday morning, Mindy Richmond, who is charged with 21 counts of felony burglary, waved her right to a speedy trial.     The Sidney boys basketball team isn't the only group from the school to appear in the state tournament. Eight members of the Sidney High choir will perform the national anthem at the Class D1 boys basketball state championship game in Lincoln at 9 a.m. CST on Saturday, March 12. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family. Clarence was born March 9, 1933, in Frontier County. He was the son of Jasper and Leota (Messersmith) Surber.
