    The Cheyenne County Commissioners Monday approved renewing a contract with Premier Land Management Services, LLC. The agreement is for maintenance of courthouse grounds and of the Visitor Center.     The Cheyenne County Fairgrounds was packed with hunting supporters Friday night as the Pheasants Forever chapter held its annual banquet. Supporters were greeted with options to buy tickets for various raffles and chances to win outdoor artwork, hunting apparel and accessories, and firearms.   • City Crews Repair Water Main in Frigid Temps

    City water department crews spent 12 hours locating and repairing a water main break that occurred at one of the city's highest locations Saturday. The break, to a six-inch main line, was reported at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Manor Road on Sidney's north side.
