    A review of initial information from the Conservation Survey Division and the Nebraska Oil and Gas Commission was seen at the March South Platte NRD meeting.     Thomas R. "Tom" Ramirez, 96 of Lodgepole, passed away at the Miller Memorial Care Center in Chappell on Saturday, March 12, 2016. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 17, with Father Matthew Koperski officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery north of Lodgepole.     Three Sidney wrestlers competed at the AAU state meet last weekend in Kearney, and two of them earned berths to the AAU Disney duals this summer. Trey Arellano and Derek Robb won their respective weight classes and will compete at the AAU Disney Duals June 11-17 in Orlando, Fla. Tristan Ahrendt also competed in the AAU state meet.
