    While Sidney and Cheyenne County fared pretty well during last week's blizzard, its affects on the state have been devastating.     March 13: An Idaho man escaped injury when the truck-trailer he was driving went off the road near Sidney. Merrill Green, 61, of Ammon, Idaho, was driving a 2018 Freightliner truck and trailer east on Cheyenne County Road 16 at about 30 miles per hour, according to the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office accident report.
