    More than 150 parishioners from St. Patrick's Catholic Church spent Sunday packaging 20,000 meals for Helping Hands, a joint effort between Catholic Relief Services and Rise Against Hunger. City employees will be looking for basic violations, Ed Sadler, city manager, said. “We’re inspecting for the obvious,” Sadler said. “If you’ve got the car parked in the front yard, the mattress piled up against the side of the house.     Sidney's Alex Linneman was a double event winner to help lead the Raiders to a second place finish Saturday when they hosted the Sidney Invitational at Weymouth Field.
