As the city continues work on the 10th Ave. federal aid project, it will close the intersections of 10th Ave and Jackson St. as well as the intersection of 10th Ave. and Linden St. starting July 7. The city will remove and replace the pavement at these intersections during the closure. A Sidney man will be arraigned in Cheyenne County district court on Tuesday for 44 counts of possessing child pornography, a class three felony. Levi Hallett, 26 was arrested in September 2013 when a citizen informant tipped off police that the man allegedly had sexual images of underage individuals on his phone.
